摘　　要：当前,社会责任日益成为社会关注的热点、焦点.随着我国保险业经过三十多年的高速发展,保险业履行社会责任情况如何值得高度关注.研究在构建保险业社会责任评价指标体系的基础上,建立了基于物元分析法的保险业社会责任评价模型.对全国15个副省级城市2006-2010年进行实证分析,结果表明在"十一五"期间社会责任履职能力呈现出总体上升、分化显著、沿海城市强于内陆城市的特点.At present, social responsbility has been the focus of society. After thirty years rapid development of China＇s insurance industry, the implemention of the social responsbility has been more and more worthy. This paper establishes indicator system and the evaluation model of insurance industry based on the matter element analysis. It empirical analysed the data of 15 vice-provincial level cities from 2006-2010. The result is that during eleventh five-year plan period, the ability to perform social responsbility is showing characteristics as increase, differentiation, significantly stronger in coastal cities.
