低温干馏煤焦油回收率的影响分析

摘　　要：低温干馏的主要产品为兰炭,并附产煤焦油和煤气。煤焦油的产率直接影响企业的经济效益。在介绍兰炭生产的内热式低温干馏方炉基础上,分析得出了影响煤焦油收率的5个因素,并提出了提高煤焦油收率的6种方法。The main products of low-temperature carbonization of coal is semicoke,and with byproduct coal tar and gas.The yield of coal tar directly affects economic benefits.Based on the introduction of the production of semicoke by inner-heated low-temperature carbonization furnace,this paper makes an analysis of five aspects that affect the yield of tar and puts forward six methods of improving the recovery of coal tar.
