不同强化条件下的再生骨料强化探讨

摘　　要：文章通过纯水泥浆、水泥外掺硅粉浆液、水泥外掺粉煤灰浆液、10%水玻璃溶液和4‰PVA溶液5种不同化学浆液对再生骨料进行强化处理,再生骨料的物理特性均有所改善,但在制成混凝土试块后,抗压和抗折强度变化不一,其中效果最好的是经10%水玻璃溶液处理过的再生骨料混凝土,而经水泥外掺粉煤灰浆液处理过的再生骨料混凝土抗压强度反而降低。This article introduces the mud and cement the additive pure silicon powder grout,cement flyash added grout and outside 10% sodium silicate solution and 4 per PVA solution five different chemical grout of recycled aggregate to strengthen treatment,physical properties of the renewable aggregate are improved.But in to make concrete test blocks,compressive strength and flexural strength changes,including best effect of mixed by 10% sodium silicate solution is treated by renewable aggregate concrete and cement flyash added grout processed outside the regeneration of the aggregate concrete compressive strength decline.
