摘　　要：针对邢台矿洗煤厂介耗偏高的问题,通过对介质回收系统进行深入分析,找出了介耗偏高的原因为介质循环量偏大,系统主要环节能力不足,致使预脱介环节工艺效果出现周期性的波动。采取了扩大弧形筛的筛缝、减少进入磁选机煤泥量等措施,有效遏制了介质消耗持续偏高的势头。This paper againsts the problem of high medium consumption of the coal preparation plant of XingTai Mine,finds out the reasons for the high medium consumption by media recovery systems through in-depth analysis are too large for the media cycle,the major part of the system capacity is insufficient,resulting in part of the pre-referral process effect off cyclical fluctuations.Taken to expand the curved screen of the sieve slit,reducing the amount of magnetic separator slime and other measures to effectively curb the momentum of continued high media consumption.
