摘　　要：目的:为中成药不良反应监测系统的建设提供科学有效的解决方案。方法:通过对中成药不良反应监测系统的特点和问题进行分析,从设计思路、体系架构、业务流程和功能等几个方面对基于HIS的中成药不良反应监测系统的建设进行了示范性的研究与设计。结果:建立了基于HIS的中成药不良反应监测系统的原型系统。结论:建立的原型系统具有自身的优点,可以作为国家监测平台的有益补充,并为进一步的研究指明了方向。Objective To provide effective solutions on building ADRM system of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods With the analysis on the characteristics and problems of ADRM system of traditional Chinese medicine,the sample researches and designs were presented from the aspects of designing thoughts,system architecture,business process and function.Results The meta-type system on HIS ADRM system of traditional Chinese medicine was built.Conclusion The meta-type system has its virtues that it can be the beneficial supplement to the nation monitoring platform,and a way on further research is pointed out.
