摘  要:目的:初步探讨寒区新兵适应期训练伤低场磁共振表现及损伤分布规律。方法:对寒区某部2011年度所有参训新兵适应期训练有损伤者进行MR检查,观察其MR表现及损伤规律。结果:某部2011年度参训新兵适应训练期共损伤23人,其中损伤膝关节9人(39.1%),损伤踝关节(含胫腓骨下段)8人(34.8%),损伤足部5人(21.7%),损伤髋关节1人(4.3%)。结论:新兵适应期训练的时间、强度及方法均对训练伤有一定影响,建议部分训练科目分散进行,各种训练要由浅入深、循序渐进,并注意训练方法。Objective To investigate the low-field MRI features and the rules of military-training-related injury in the cold zone.Methods All the patients from the trainees of some troops in the cold zone in 2011 underwent MR examination,and MR features and injury rules were studied.Results Of the 23 cases suffered from injuries during military training,there were 9 ones(39.1%) with knee joint injury,8 ones(34.8%) with sprained ankle,5 ones(21.7%) with foot injury and one person with hip joint injury.Conclusion The duration,intensity and method of training are related to military-training-related injury.Some of the subjects should be trained gradually and methodically.
