摘　　要：目的:研究提高医院卫勤分队人员遂行海上医疗急救任务能力的训练方法。方法:分析相关因素特点,总结历年来医院开展训练的实践和做法。结果:归纳提炼出医院开展海上急救训练的难点问题,总结了有益的经验和成功的体会。结论:医院卫勤分队人员组织海上医疗急救训练,需要预有准备、科学筹划,通过打牢基础、循序渐进、突出实训等方法,达到提升海上救护能力的最终目的。Objective To explore the training methods for enhancing accompanying emergency treatment ability on the sea of the hospital medical unit.Methods With the factors analyzed,the practice of hospital training in recent years was summed up.Results The problems and experience of hospital emergency treatment training on the sea were described.Conclusion Some suggestions on hospital emergency treatment training are put forward from the aspects of preparation,planning,foundation,steps and practice.
