摘　　要：目的:探讨非战争军事行动野战方舱医院门急诊管理模式。方法:施行门急诊分开式统一管理,成立急诊绿色通道,急诊帐篷连接通道舱,绿色通道医生实行24 h工作制。门诊设单独帐篷,由高年资主治医师以上专科医生出正常门诊。由门急诊主任及护士长统一协调管理。结果:某部野战方舱医院在2008年赴四川绵竹,2010年赴玉树抗震救灾执行任务中,采取此门急诊管理模式,对患者的预控、分诊、治疗、技术操作和抢救等做到了救治质量零缺陷。结论:这种门急诊分开式统一管理、成立急诊绿色通道的模式,适应非战争军事行动野战方舱医院的门急诊管理,极大地提高了野战方舱医院的救治力。Objective To investigate the outpatient and emergency management mode of the shelter hospital for military operation other than war（MOOTW）.Methods The outpatient and emergency divisions were established separately.The unified management mode on two divisions was performed.Green passage for emergency treatment was established,with the emergency tent connected with the corridor shelter,in where doctors were in 24-hour working style.Tent of Outpatient division was set up separately and doctors were the specialists with high qualification and experience.One director and a head nurse were in charge of the management of the two divisions.Results This management mode was applied in earthquake relief mission of Mianzhu,2008 and Yushu 2010.The cure outcome had been reached 100% success rate regarding of prevention and control,triage,treatment,operation and rescue for patient.Conclusion This management mode,by which one director was in charge of outpatient and emergency divisions and emergency green passage was also set,could be the best way to adapt to hospital＇s outpatient and emergency management for MOOTW.The rescue ability can be greatly improved by using this management mode.
