摘 要:比较研究了健长散和黄霉素在猪中的应用效果。选取健康、体重约为55kg的杜×长×大育肥猪64头,按体重相近、公母各半的原则将其分为对照组和试验组,每组32头猪。基粮按我国猪的现行饲养标准配制。将基粮中加黄霉素(20mg/kg体重)后,喂对照组猪;将基粮中加0.3%健长散后,喂试验组猪。饲养试验结果如下:(1)对照组猪腹泻频次为4;试验组猪腹泻频次为2。(2)试验组猪日均增重极显著地快于对照组猪(P<0.01)。(3)试验组猪血清GOT活性、TG、VLDL显著地低于对照组猪(P<0.05);试验组猪血清口蹄疫抗体显著地高于对照组猪(P<0.05);然而,两组猪血清GPT活性,TP、BUN、GLU、Ca、P、Mg、IgG含量,猪瘟、圆环病毒、蓝耳病抗体含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。根据以上一系列的试验结果可推断,与黄霉素比较,健长散不仅对猪有更好的保健促生长作用,而且在不同程度上可改善猪的营养生化代谢。64 healthy,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) finishing pigs weighting about 55kg were divided into 2 groups:control group and experimental group(32 pigs/each group).Basic diet was made according to recent pig's feeding standard in our country.Pigs in control group pigs were fed with basal diet supplemented flavomycin(20 mg/kg),and pigs in the experimental group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.3% compound medical herbs.Formal feeding experiment peirod was 40 days.Feeding experimental results were as follows:1)The frequencies of diarrhea of the control group pigs were 4;those of the experimental group pigs were 2;2)The average daily gain of the experimental group pigs was significantly higher than that in control group pigs(P0.01);3)The GOT activity,TAG,and vLDL in serum of the experimental group pigs were lower than that in control group pigs(P0.05);4)the antibody against foot-and-mouth disease virus in serum of the experimental group pigs were higher than that in control group pigs(P0.05),but the GPT activity,TP,UN,Glu,Ca,P,Mg,IgG,and antibodies against swine fever,circovirus and PRRS virus in serum of the two group pigs have no remarkable differences(P0.05).Based on above results the conclusion was made:compared with flavomycin,compound medical herbs efficiently promotes growth of pigs and guarantees health,and improves nutritively biochemical metabolism at various degrees.
