苍术等中草药复方添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究中草药复方添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选用126头28±2日龄体重为7.27±0.18kg断奶长白×约克夏仔猪,按照单因素完全随机化设计随机分为7个处理组。中药复方制剂是分水煎剂和散剂两种剂型添加的,1组为对照组,2、3、4组为水煎剂添加组,添加量分别为0.05%、0.10%、0.15%,5、6、7组为散剂组,添加量分别为0.05%、0.10%、0.15%。试验期21d,仔猪断奶后7d、14d、21d测定其生长性能。结果表明:随添加量的升高水煎剂和散剂的日增重和日采食量均显著提高(P<0.05);中草药各组料肉比差异显著(P<0.05)。中草药复方最适添加量为散剂0.15%。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Chinese herbal formula supplementation on the growth performance of early weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty-six crossbred piglets（Landrace×Yorkshire） weaned at 28±2 days of age,were divided into 7 treatments based on weight and gender.Piglets in treatments one,two,three,four were fed diets supplemented with 0,0.05%,0.10% or 0.15% of the water decoctum of chinese herbal formula,respectively.Piglets in treatments five,six,and seven were fed diets supplemented with 0.05%,0.10% or 0.15% the powders of Chinese herbal formula,respectively.On day 7,14 and 21,growth performance was evaluated.The experiment showed that dietary supplements of Chinese herbal formula could significantly increased average daily gain,average daily feed（P0.05） and feed/gain（P0.05）.The dietary supplement with 0.15% of the powders of Chinese herbal formula was the best.
