摘  要:铌镁酸铅(PMN)基陶瓷具有较高的介电常数和机电转化效率,在传感器、驱动器等方面具有广泛的应用。但在制备PMN基陶瓷过程中容易形成稳定的烧绿石结构相,降低了其介电性能与机电转化效率。综述了制备纯钙钛矿结构PMN基压电陶瓷的研究进展,分析了各种制备方法的优劣。Due to their high dielectric constants and electromechanical coupling factors, PMN based ceramics are potential materials for many applications such as transducers and actuators. However, the PMN based ceramics with pure perovskite is difficult to be obtained because of the formation of the stable pyrochlore phase during the fabrication process, which greatly decreases the dielectric and electromechanical performances of the PMN based ceramics. The progress of research on the preparation methods of PMN based piezoelectric ceramics with pure perovskite is reviewed. The superiorities and limitations of various preparation methods are analyzed.
