摘 要:金属材料因其优良的力学性能和抗疲劳性能,适于作为承力部位的植入材料而用于临床医学领域。人体内环境引起的材料腐蚀等原因影响了金属材料在医学领域中的广泛应用。钽金属以其自身优异的耐腐蚀性和生物相容性等独特优势,越来越受到医疗和材料工作者的广泛关注。综述了钽金属的材料特性及其在不同医疗领域中应用的研究进展。Metal materials are considered as appropriate implanting materials in load-bearing position owing to their excellent mechanical properties and fatigue resistance. Therefore, some biomedical metal materials have been widely applied in clinic. The problems such as corrosion in vivo for most metal extremely restrict the clinical application of metal biomaterials. Tantalum (Ta) has attracted much attention due to its excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. The application and research of Ta in various medical fields and its investigation achievement are reviewed.
