摘 要:目的:通过对荭草花提取物血清药物化学研究方法的建立,探讨荭草花提取物口服吸收后的入血成分。方法:采用血清药物化学研究方法,在建立荭草花提取物超高效液相(UPLC)特征图谱的基础上,通过比较荭草花提取物、荭草花给药后含药血清、空白血清UPLC特征图谱,鉴定荭草花口服给药后的血中移行成分。结果:口服荭草花提取物后,从血清中发现了15个入血成分,其中6个为荭草花提取物中原型吸收入血的成分,其余入血成分可能为原型成分的代谢产物。结论:15个入血成分可能是荭草花的体内直接作用物质,对其进行深入研究将有助于为荭草花的药效物质基础及药效机制奠定基础。OBJECTIVE To explore the bioactive constituents of the extracts from the flowers of Polygonum orientale L. determined with its serum pharmacochemistry research method. METHODS UPLC fingerprints of the extract of the flowers from Polygonum orientale L. were established and serum of rats after oral administration of the extracts was identified with se rum pharmacochemistry method. The blood migrating constituents of the flowers of Polygonum orientale L. were determined by comparing the UPLC fingerprints of the extracts, drug contained sera and blank sera. RESULTS Fifteen compounds ab- sorbed into blood were detected, the six among which were original constituents of the extracts, and the rest might be metabo- lites of the original ones. CONCLUSION The fifteen constituents absorbed in blood might be the bioaetive components of the flowers of Polygonum orientale L after oral administration of the extracts. Further studies on which would be useful to clarify the bioactive constituents and mechanisms of action of the flowers from Polygonum orientale L.
