香青兰有效部位滴丸对Beagle犬血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察香青兰有效部位滴丸(简称香青兰滴丸)对Beagle犬血流动力学的影响。方法:采用麻醉开胸犬在体心脏,分别测定十二指肠给予香青兰滴丸25,50,100 mg.kg-1后血压、心率、左心室和心脏泵血功能、总外周阻力、冠脉流量及冠脉阻力的变化。结果:香青兰滴丸50,100 mg.kg-1降低冠脉阻力(CR),总外周阻力(TPR)和左室舒张末期压(LVEDP),减少左室做功(LVW),明显降低收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和平均动脉压(MAP),增加每百克心肌的血流量(CF)。结论:香青兰滴丸对Beagle犬心脏功能有一定的调节和改善作用。OBJECWIVE To observe the effects of dripping pills of Moldavica dragonhead effective composition on hemodynamics in Beagle dogs. METHODS After the dogs were given with the dripping pills of Moldavica dragonhead effective composition 25, 50, 100 mg.kg 1 by duodenum administration, the parameters of cardiac hemodynamics were determined anesthetied chest-opened dogs. RESULTS The dripping pills of Moldavica dragonhead effective composition 50,100 mg.kg^-1 could decrease the the systolic blood pressure（SBP）, the diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and mean arterial blood pressure（MAP）, the coronary vascular resistance（CR）, the total periphery resistance （TPR）,left ventricular work index（LVW） and left ventricle end-diastolic pressure（LVEDP） ,and incerase myocardial blood flow（CF） significantly. CONCLUSION Dripping pills of Moldavica dragonhead effective composition can accommodate and ameliorate the cardiac functions of Beagle dogs.
