摘　　要：以调研数据为基础,分析了北京市食品冷链与信息追溯发展现状及发展缓慢的原因,最后提出了几点发展建议。On the basis of data collected from investigations and surveys, the paper analyzes the status quo of the foed cold chain and information tracking system in Beijing and the reason why it has being developing so slowly and then gives several suggestions on the subject.
