摘　　要：基于铁路棚车内超长包装存在装卸困难的现状,提出一种可以在狭小空间内,完成超长包装装卸搬运的机械设备,该设备解决了部队长期存在的物资供应保障的瓶颈问题,并为其它领域提供了解决此类问题的有效途径。In view of the difficulty in the loading and unloading of super-long packages in railway boxcars, the paper proposes a type of equipment that can perform such operations in narrow space, unclogging a bottleneck in the supply and support of military materials that has existed for a long time.
