摘　　要：本文对楚雄雁峰青少年体育俱乐部的管理、财务经营、会员、教练员、主要活动5个方面的现状进行研究,旨在从中发现楚雄雁峰青少年体育俱乐部工作的薄弱,为探索高校同青少年体育俱乐部形成相互依托、可持续性发展的格局,提供一些可行性对策。Based on analyzing the present situation of management, financial management, member, coach, and main activities in Chuxiong Yan Feng youth sports club, this study aims to find the problems which the club is facing and provides some feasible suggestions to forming an university - club pattern of relying on each other and sustainable development.
