The First ITU Standard in Digiad Television Developed by China

摘　　要：Led by SAC, the national standard of Digital Television Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcasting （DTMB） has been officially approved by ITU on December 6, 2011, local time of Geneva, Switzerland, after twice seeking opinions to all member countries of ITU by circulars. This is the first ITU standard organized by SAC to declare successfully, and also the first international standard in the field of digital television in China, symbolizing a great breakthrough of the national standards of our DTMB in applying ITU standards.
