摘　　要：文章分析了建新蓄洪垸堤防加固工程在经济、社会、环境等方面的投资效益,据此建立了项目投资效益评价指标体系。并基于三角白化权函数的项目投资效益建立了灰色评价模型,根据专家对各评价指标的打分情况,对该项目的投资效益进行了评价,证明了该模型的实用性和科学性。This paper analyzes Jianxin flood embankment embankment reinforcement project in economy, society,environment and other aspects of investment benefit, based on this Set up the investment benefit evaluation index system.And based on the triangle whit-enization weight function is the project investment benefit to building a grey evaluation model, according to the expert scores situation for every evaluation index, to the project investment benefit undertook evaluating, it is proved that the model is practical and scientific.
