摘　　要：本文从金融国际化表现维度出发,构建了中国金融国际化程度综合评价指标体系。运用改良后的法规描述指标法对指标予以赋值,并对指标得分矩阵进行主成分分析,合成了中国金融国际化指数,以此对中国1979-2010年间金融国际化程度的数量、结构特征进行了实证研究。结果表明,加入世贸组织以来,中国金融国际化各维度对应的国际化程度呈现出总体上升却非同步、非对称发展的状态;中国金融国际化进程可划分为4个阶段,每一阶段的金融国际化程度变化特征差异显著。This article builds up an evaluating indicator system from the perspective of financial internationalization dimensions. By using the improved regulation description indicator methodology, the value of every indicator is assigned. Through making principal component analysis of the indicators score matrix, an index is synthesized to study the quantitative and structural traits of China＇s financial internationalization. The results show that： l） all the seven dimensions describing China＇s financial internalization development show an upward trend in general, though in an asynchronous and asymmetric developing pattern, and 2） China＇s financial internationalization process can be divided into four stages, and the variation characteristics of financial internationalization in each stage have significant differences.
