北京口岸首例预防接种现场突发异常反应的案例分析

摘　　要：目的总结北京国际旅行卫生保健中心快速救治疫苗接种现场出现异常反应的成功经验,完善国际旅行卫生保健中心对突发急救事件处置体系的建设。方法对疫苗接种现场发生的首例异常反应者,北京国际旅行卫生保健中心采取询问病史,观察病情和合理用药等急救措施,对突发异常反应者进行救治。结果通过采取一系列的急救措施,出现异常反应的接种者转危为安。结论北京口岸首例疫苗接种现场出现异常反应的成功救治,为国际旅行卫生保健中心突发急救事件应急体系的建设提供宝贵经验。Objective To summary the successful experinces of taking emergency measures to advers reaction in the vaccination site,and to improve the establishment of emergency disposal system in Beijing International Travel Health Care Center.Methods A series of emergency measures was adopted such as history taking,observation of the case,and rational drug use.Results Through a series of emergency measures,adverse symptoms disappeared.Conclusion It is necessary to provide valuable experiences on the establishment of emergency disposal system in the International Travel Healthcare Center.
