摘  要:目的:建立地米尿素冰片乳膏中龙脑和异龙脑的定量分析方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法。色谱柱为聚乙二醇20000石英毛细管柱;柱温为140℃;进样口温度为180℃;载气为氮气,流速为1.2mL.min-1;火焰离子化检测器温度为180℃;进样量为1μL。结果:龙脑和异龙脑进样量线性范围分别为113.03~1808.48、86.51~1384.16ng(r=0.9998、0.9991,n=6);平均回收率分别为97.9%和98.2%(RSD=0.8%、0.7%,n=9)。结论:所建立的分析方法快速、准确,适用于地米尿素冰片乳膏中龙脑和异龙脑的定量分析。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for quantitative analysis of borneol and isoborneol in Dexamethasone urea/bor- neol cream. METHODS: Capillary GC was adopted. The determination was carried out on a PEG20000 capillary column. The col- umn temperature was 140 ℃ and using nitrogen as carrier gas at the flow rate of 1.2 mL. min-2. The temperature of hydrogen flame ionization detector was 180℃ and injection volume was 1 gL. RESULTS: The linear ranges were 113.03-1 808.48 ng for borneol (r=0.999 8, n=6) and 86.51~1 384.16 ng for isoborneol (r=0.999 1, n=6). Average recoveries were 97.9% and 98.2% (RSD=0.8% and 0.7%,n=9), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, accurate and suitable for quantitative analysis of bomeol and isobomeol in Dexamethasone urea/borneol cream.
