摘  要:目的采用LC-MS法验证川产桑叶是否"经霜为上"。方法建立LC-MS方法,对4棵桑树8~12月份采收的桑叶进行品质比较。色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长320 nm。质谱采用ESI负离子电离方式。结果桑叶的总峰面积、绿原酸及4种黄酮类物质的峰面积在11或12月份达最大值。结论川产桑叶"经霜为上"是合理的。Objective To validate the frosted mulberry leaves produced from Sichuan having better quality by LC-MS. Methods LC-MS analytical method was established,the leaves gathered on 4 mulberries from August to December were compared in quality.HPLC was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C_18(2) column(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm) with gradient elution of methanol and 0.5% phosphoric acid at the rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 320nm.The mass spectrometry was performed on ESI. Results Area of total peaks,chlorogenic acid peak and four quercitin glycosides peaks of mulberry leaves reached the maximum in November or December. Conclusion The frosted mulberry leaves produced from Sichuan having better quality is reasonable.
