摘　　要：文章综述了炮制对生药具有明显生理活性的成分———挥发油、生物碱、苷类、多糖、鞣质及微量元素的影响,进而为探讨中药炮制的真正意义,制定合理的炮制工艺和质量标准提供参考。Objective This article reviewed the influence of the processing on the composition of crude drug with physiological activity,including volatile oils,alkaloids,glycosides,polysaccharides,tannins and trace elements,explored the true meaning of processing on traditional Chinese medicine,and provided reference to formulate a reasonable processing technology and quality standards.
