摘　　要：目的 CCl4皮下注射制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,追踪观察模型大鼠血清纤维化指标变化及病理组织学改变,为后期给药治疗奠定基础。方法 Wistar大鼠予40%CCl4植物油混悬液皮下注射建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,每周2次,共计7周。分别于给药3,5,7周末处死大鼠,检测血清ALT、AST水平,另取肝组织进行病理切片镜下观察,以明确其肝纤维化程度。结果造模7周间,与对照组(A组)比较,各实验组(B、C、D组)血清ALT、AST水平升高,实验B、C、D组均无死亡。随着CCl4造模时间增加,大鼠肝组织的病理损伤明显加重。结论大鼠CCl4油溶液皮下注射可以建立大鼠肝纤维化模型。Objective To establish the rat liver fibrosis model by subcutaneous injection of CCl4,and track observae the changes of serological fibrosis parameters and pathological stages. Methods Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly.12 rats were in control group,they were injected physiological saline twice a week for 8 weeks.30 rats were in liver fibrosis model group,they were subcutaneously injected 40% CCl4 twice a week for 8 weeks.ALT and AST in the serum were analyzed in the third,fifth and seventh weekend respectively.Moreover,rat livers were observed with routine pathology technique,the rat livers＇ morphological changes were determined after administration. Results Compared with the control group,the level of serum ALT and AST in model group were increased. Conclusion Different degrees of hepatic in rats can be established by injecting CCl4 subcutaneously.
