摘 要:目的研究齐墩果酸体外抗GPCMV作用。方法用细胞病变法和MTT法,检测齐墩果酸抗GPCMV的半数细胞毒性浓度和半数有效浓度,并与更昔洛韦和金叶败毒进行比较。结果更昔洛韦、金叶败毒、齐墩果酸的半数毒性浓度分别为333.8,3 015.6,70.8μg.ml-1,半数有效浓度分别为48.1,325.5,6.4μg.ml-1,治疗指数分别为7,9,11。结论齐墩果酸具有体外抗GPCMV作用,且高于更昔洛韦和金叶败毒;细胞毒性也略高于更昔洛韦和金叶败毒;抗GPCMV治疗指数最高。Objective To study thein vitro anti-guniea cytomegalovirus effect and mechanism of oleanolic acid. Methods 50% cellular cytotoxicity(CC50),50% effective concentrations(EC50)and therapeutic index(TI) of guniea cytomegalovirus by ursolic acid were detected with the cytopathic assay and MTT method.Ganciclovir and JYBD were used as the control drug for comparison. Results The CC50 of Ganciclovir,JYBD and oleanolic acid were 333.8,3015.6,70.8μg·ml-1.The EC50 were 48.1,325.5,6.4 μg·ml-1,TI were 7,9,11,respectively.. Conclusion The anti-cytomegalovirus of Oleanolic acid is much higher than ganciclovir and JYBD.Therefore,oleanolic acid has potential advantages of anti-guinea cytomegalovirus effect.
