珠珀猴枣散中金属元素含量的测定及其作用的研究

摘　　要：目的测定珠珀猴枣散中金属元素含量,分析金属元素的作用。方法采用微波消解-ICP-AES进行测定,研究仪器的工作条件,各元素的分析线和检测限,元素的含量平均值和标准偏差。结果珠珀猴枣散中含有K、Ca、P、Mg、Na等常量金属元素和Al、Fe、Cu、Zn、Co、Cr、Ni、Sr、Mn、Ba、Pb等微量金属元素,未检测出含有As、Cd、Sb、Mo、Hg、Se等元素,相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率为90.3%～106.4%。该药品中含有大量的K、Ca,满足发热患儿对K、Ca的需求。结论该实验为同类儿童药剂提供了一个简便、准确和可行的研究方法,同时也对该儿童中药的合理性进行了考察,为儿童药物的研制和开发提供科学依据。Objective To determine the metal contents of Powo Tong＇s ZhuPo HouZao Powder.and analyze the effect of these metals. Methods Microwave digestion technique was used in the decomposition of Powo Tong＇s ZhuPo HouZao Powder by ICP-AES.The instrument operating conditions,analytical lines and detection limits of elements determined as well as the contents of elements in ZhuPo HouZao Powder were reported. Results ZhuPo HouZao Powder contained macroelements K,Ca,P,Mg,Na and microelements Al,Fe,Cu,Zn,Co,Cr,Ni,Sr,Mn,Ba,Pb,and didn＇t contain As,Cd,Sb,Mo,Hg,Se.The precision was found to be less than 5% in terms of RSDs mostly,and the recovery rates of the procedure were between 90.3% and106.4%.The results indicate that the Chinese medicine ＂ZhuPo HouZao Powder＂ contains large amount of K and Ca,which meet the needs for K and Ca of the children with fever. Conclusion This article presents a simple,accurate and feasible research method for children＇s medicines of the similar kind,and simultaneously examines the rationality of the children＇s Chinese medicine,which will provide a scientific basis for the research and development of medicines for children.
