复方丹参滴丸对心肌缺血大鼠心肌酶学与心肌组织学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究复方丹参滴丸对心肌缺血大鼠心肌酶学及心肌组织形态的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠随机分作5组,结扎冠状动脉造成大鼠心肌缺血,给药4周,观察给药过程中各组血浆肌酸激酶(CK)及给药结束后心肌组织中超氧歧化酶(SOD)与丙二醛(MDA)含量以及心肌组织形态变化。结果复方丹参滴丸能明显降低血浆CK、心肌组织MDA,提高心肌组织SOD活性,减小脏器比,减轻缺血心肌组织病理形态变化。结论复方丹参滴丸对冠脉结扎引起的心肌缺血大鼠具有治疗作用,其治疗作用与抗氧化应激损伤机制有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on enzymology and histology of myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into five groups randomly,then established the model of myocardial ischemia by coronary artery ligation and treated with drugs for four weeks.To measure the contents of CK in plasma during the different periods of treatment,SOD and MDA in tissue after treatment.The pathologic structure of ischemia rats were observed. Results Compound Danshen Dropping Pills can obviously decrease CK level in serum and MDA production in tissue,increase the activity of SOD in tissue,reduce ratio of heart to body,and ameliorate myocardial pathologic structure changes. Conclusion The experimental results demonstrate the remedial effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation in rats,the possible mechanism is related with antioxidant.
