摘  要:目的研究适于桑叶多糖的工业化生产的提纯工艺及质量控制标准。方法采用水提醇沉法对桑叶进行提取,活性炭脱色,再用醇沉法精制,并对脱色条件进行了考察;对样品进行定性定量评价。结果用该法得桑叶多糖,硫酸蒽酮反应呈阳性,桑叶多糖的平均含量为8.95%(n=3),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.6%。结论此工艺操作简便,重现性好,适合于工业生产;该方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可作为桑叶多糖的质量控制标准。Objective To study the extraction and purification process and determination of polysaccharide in mulberry leaves suited to industrial production. Methods Mulberry leaves were extracted by water extracting-alcohol precipitaton,crude polysaccharide was decolorized by activated carbon,then was refined by alcohol precipitaton.Decoloring conditions were considered.Samples were evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods. Results The polysaccharide were obtained by this method,sulfuric anthrone action used to identify polysacchride was positive,and the average content of polysaccharide was 8.95%(n=3).The average recovery was 101.2%,RSD1.6%. Conclusion The process can be applied in industrial production for its simple process and good reproducibility.The method for determination is accurate,stable and reproducible,and can be used as the quality control standard for polysaccharide in mulberry leaves.
