复方雄蚕蛾胶囊抗衰老及改善免疫功能的作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方雄蚕蛾胶囊对小鼠抗衰老和改善免疫的作用。方法通过造模复制小鼠衰老和免疫失调模型,检测小鼠自主活动次数、小鼠负重游泳时间、脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标变化及淋巴细胞转化率,初步研究了复方雄蚕蛾胶囊抗衰老和提高免疫功能的作用。结果小鼠在用药后,负重游泳时间延长,自主活动次数增加,脑组织内SOD水平明显升高,MDA水平明显下降,淋巴细胞转化率也有明显提高。结论复方雄蚕蛾胶囊有一定的抗衰老及提高免疫力的作用。Objective To study the effect of Bombycidae hung Capsule on aging and immune function in mice. Methods The males of senility and immune dysfunction in mice were established and the times of spontaneous movement,the time of loaded swimming,the levels of MDA and SOD were detected. Results The times of spontaneous movement was increased,the loaded swimming time was prolonged,SOD level was elevated,MDA level was decreased,and Lymphocyte transformation rate was increased significantly in mice after treatment with Bombycidae hunrg capsule. Conclusion Bombycidae hung Capsule has certain anti-aging effect and can improve immune function in mice.
