中医解毒降浊法治疗缺血性脑卒中的实验研究进展

摘　　要：中医解毒降浊法是治疗缺血性脑卒中的主要方法之一。文章从抗缺血缺氧、减轻兴奋性氨基酸的毒性、对超微结构的影响、抗自由基损伤和抗氧化作用、抑制炎症反应、对明胶酶系和纤溶酶系的影响、对神经元营养因子的影响、对分子生物学某些指标的影响等8个方面就中医解毒降浊法治疗缺血性脑卒中的实验研究现状予以综述,并对存在的问题进行讨论。Traditional detoxification descending turbidity is one of the main treatments of cerebral ischemic stroke.In this review,we summarized the experimental research progress on traditional detoxification descending turbidity for treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke from the following eight aspects,such as anti-ischemia and hypoxia,alleviating toxicity of excitatory amino acids,affecting ultrastructure,resisting free radical damage and antioxidant effects,inhibiting inflammatory reaction,adjusting the system of gelatinase and plasminogen,influencing the neuronal growth factor and some indicators of the molecular biology,and discussed the existing problems in experimental researches.
