摘 要:制作9组、共81个无分散剂纳米碳黑砂浆(CBM)和有分散剂纳米碳黑砂浆(CBDM)试件,探讨分散剂以及纳米碳黑的掺量对水泥砂浆的力学性能、吸水率及压敏性能的影响。结果表明,与素砂浆相比CBM的吸水率明显降低,抗压和抗折强度明显提高;其中掺量为2%时,其抗压强度较素砂浆提高了8.94%,抗折强度提高了38.88%。而掺入分散剂的CBDM的力学性能普遍降低,吸水率普遍增大,压敏性能也随之降低。造成这些现象的原因可能是由于分散剂导致砂浆的孔隙率增大。The influences of dispersant and the contents of nano-carbon black (CB) on mechanical properties,water absorption and piezoresistive property of cement mortars were investigated through an experimental study on 81 specimens (in 9 groups) of nano-carbon black mortar without dispersant(CBM) and nano-carbon black mortar containing dispersant (CBDM). Test results show that compared to plain mortar, water absorption of CBM has obvious decrease and both the compressive strength and flexural strength of CBM have obvious increase. The compressive strength and flexural strength of CBM with 2% of CB are 8.94% and 38.88% higher than those of plain mortar, respectively. Evidence also shows that the mechanical properties of CBDM decreases and water resistance increases obvlously,the piezoresistive property of CBDM also decreases with the increase of the dispersant content. This phenomenon may be because the incorporation of dispemant leads to an increase of porosity in CBDM.
