摘 要:针对机场水泥混凝土道面破坏时如何能够在短时间内进行快速修复的迫切问题,采用瞬凝水泥和普通水泥按一定比例混合,掺加高效外加剂和矿物掺合料,进行快硬早强自密实混凝土配合比优化设计和性能试验研究。结果表明,所配制的混凝土工作性能良好,施工方便,加水拌合后4 h抗折强度即可达到2.5 MPa以上,可以保证某新型战机安全起飞,能够满足机场道面抢修技术要求,28 d抗折强度达到5.5 MPa以上,满足道面长龄期要求。这种混凝土也可用于公路水泥混凝土路面抢修。The paper aimed at the exigent problem of how to repair the airfield cement concrete pavement rapidly after it being demolished,adopted special cement that coagulate faster and strengthen earlier mixed with common cement by certain proportion,and high mixed with efficiency admixture and mineral mix material,optimized the mix proportion design and studied the performance of coagulate faster and strengthen earlier self-compacting concrete. It indicated that the workability of the concrete is well and could be constructed conveniently. The 4 hours' flexural strength after it mixed can achieve more than 2.5 MPa,it could ensure safety takeoff of one new type battleplane,and meet the technique requirement of repair the airfield pavement rapidly,the flexural strength could achieve more than 5.5 MPa at 28 &which meet the long-term requirement of pavement. This concrete also could be used in the rush to repair the highway cement concrete pavement.
