我国城市申办全国运动会影响因素探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国省市申办全国运动会的影响因素进行了探讨。研究认为,我国城市申办全国运动会的影响因素分为核心影响因素和外周影响因素两部分,其中核心影响因素包括申办省市承办全国运动会比赛的条件以及与投票人沟通的能力两部分,当申办省市均具备了承办全国运动会比赛的基本条件之后,与投票人沟通的能力对于获得全运会承办权具有重要的意义。外周影响因素包括各省市针对全运会申办所进行的公共宣传、申办城市在国家发展战略中的地位、申办城市筹措资金以及对全运会的吸纳能力、申办城市陈述报告的制作水平等几个部分,对我国省市申办全运会具有辅助性的促进作用。希望通过本研究可以为我国城市申办全国运动会提供参考和借鉴。With the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper discussed the influence factors of cities bid to host the National Games in China.The result shows that the factors in our cities bid to host the National Games including core and peripheral factors.Which the core factors,including host National Games bid cities competition conditions and the ability to communicate with voters in two parts,when the bid cities with the host National Games have the basic conditions for competition,the ability to communicate with the voters is provided with decisive role.Peripheral factors,including municipalities carried out for public bid for the Games publicity,the bidding cities position in national development strategies,the candidate cities for the Games of financing and absorptive capacity,the candidate cities made presentations to several levels part of the provinces and cities bid to host the Games in China has a complementary role in promoting.It hoped that this study could provide the reference for the city＇s bid for the National Games in China.
