摘　　要：从马斯洛需要层次理出发对体育动力问题进行了探讨,根据不同层次体育需求进行相对的激励措施将有利于激发体育意志,然而如何将群众自觉有目的的体育行为向非动机的个人体育行为转变,即实现体育领域高度的自我实现是群众体育发展动力的关键所在。From Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper makes discussion on sports motivation,according to the relative needs of different levels of sports incentives to help stimulate the sports will,but how will people conduct themselves as having the purpose of sports physical to non-motivated individual behavior change terms,in order to achieve a high level of sports development of mass sports self-realization is the key to power.
