摘  要:钢包内衬采用长寿命钢包砖砌筑后,出现了钢包小修、停修频繁的问题。这主要是因为包底浇注料寿命较低,不能与钢包外装式透气砖使用寿命同步。通过使用硅微粉与氧化铝微粉结合钢包包底浇注料,钢包包底浇注料平均使用寿命提高37.35次,节约浇注料成本0.08元/t钢,节约煤气折合成本0.22元/t钢。Since the long-life ladle bricks were built in ladle lining, slight repair and breakdown maintenance occurred frequently, which was caused by the short-life of the ladle bottom refractory castables that did not match with the external purge plug of ladle. By application of the refractory castables of ladle bottom made from the silica micropowder and alumina micropowder, average service life of the refractory castables increased in number of 37.35; the cost of castables was saved by 0.08 yuan per ton steel; the cost of coal gas was equivalent to 0.22 yuan per ton steel.
