摘　　要：网络海外代购近年来发展很快,宏观上促进了国际间资源的优化配置,丰富国内百姓消费选择,带给国内商家及国家税收损失。微观而言,消费者也面临产品真伪及质量、售后等问题。对于个人代购者和代购网络来说,也面临涉嫌逃税、输入违禁品等法律风险及商业信用风险。The rapid development of online overseas purchasing agency industry in China in recent years has aroused wide attention. The paper analyzes the concept and features of online overseas purchasing agency, introduces its development overview in China in recent years, discusses the reasons for the rapM development, analyzes the product type, cooperation and logistics approaches, settlement methods and the costs and profits. The study will help to grasp file current situation, and regulate the development of online overseas purchasing agency industry in China.
