摘　　要：目前诸城市城乡一体化水平整体较高,公共图书馆总体发展水平均衡。城乡一体化公共图书馆服务模式具有创新性、科学性、时效性等特点,诸城市围绕建设"一卡通"两公里读书圈服务模式,采取建设"两公里读书圈"、实施"一卡通"服务、加强合作共建、建立长效机制等措施,不断完善城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系。当然,我国城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系要想持续、健康地发展,还需要政府主导下的社会各界的共同努力。At present, the urban-rural integration level in Zhucheng is high, the overall development level of public libraries is balanced. The urban-rural integration service system has some characteristics of innovation, scientificity, timeliness, Zhucheng arounds constructing the mode of ＂all-in-one-card＂ service unified with＂two kilometer cultural service circle＂, carries out some measures, such as building＂two kilometer cultural service circle＂, implementing ＂all-in-one-card＂ service, enhancing cooperative construction, establishing long-term mechanism, in order to improve the urban-rural integration service system. If the urban-rural integration service system in our country develop abidingly and healthy, it would joint efforts of all walks of life under the guidance of government.
