摘 要:原油管道泄漏不仅给国民经济造成巨大的损失,而且会导致环境的污染,解决管道泄漏问题显得异常重要。设计了一种针对原油管道的实时监控系统,该系统通过采集输油管道两端的温度、压力和流量等信号,借助石油公司内部的局域网络完成数据的传输,然后对2个站点的数据进行综合分析与处理,实现对输油管道的泄漏报警和漏点定位。介绍了基于负压波法的定位原理和一些关键技术问题的解决,最后通过LabVIEW完成了整个系统的软件设计。通过实地测试,系统运行良好,满足输油管道泄漏检测的要求。The leakage of the oil pipeline leads to huge asset loss of national economy, as well as the huge environmental pollution. So the inspection technology for oil leakage becomes very important. A real-time monitoring & positioning system for oil pipelines leakage is designed. In the syetem, the datas of temperature, pressure and flow are collected on both sides of the pipeline and transmitted through the LAN in the oil corporation. The datas are comprehensively analyzed and processed to accomplish the leakage alarming and positioning the theory of the negative pressure wave method and some key technical problem are introduced. The software design of the system is accomplished based on LabVIEW. The system can work well in field testing.
