摘　　要：[目的]探讨血液透析护理风险的安全管理方法。[方法]对血液透析存在的护理风险进行分析、制定相应的管理对策。[结果]护理风险防范意识提高,医疗纠纷、风险事件发生减少。[结论]完善各项护理规章制度,加强人员训练与管理,使血液透析室的管理规范化、科学化、系统化。[Objective]To explore the ways for the hemodialysis nursing risk and safety management.[Methods]We analyzed the nursing risk in hemodialysis;made corresponding countermeasures.[Results]We improved the awareness to guard against the nursing risk and reduce the medical tangles and risk affairs.[Conclusion]We should perfect all sorts of the nursing rules and regulations,and enhance the personnel training and management,so that to improve the management standardization,scientization and systematization of the department of hemodialysis.
