摘　　要：[目的]探讨血液透析过程中相关疾病感染的可能因素,并提出干预对策。[方法]对血液透析室医院感染管理工作中可能出现的问题进行原因分析,尤其在手卫生依从性、检测方法选择和结果取向、血液透析器复用标准掌握等关键环节进行重点分析和控制。[结果]血液透析室作为医院感染预防和控制监测的重点科室,其医疗活动中由于某些行为的偏离,可能给院内感染发生带来诸多的诱发因素,从多方面着手管理工作的改进、完善、规范和执行,可达到医院感染预防和控制的前期干预目的。[结论]强化管理层面、业务技术层面、执行力层面和监督落实层面的管理,确保医院感染控制措施到位,对最大限度规避或降低血液透析院内感染事件发生(率)具有重要意义。[Objective]To discuss the possible factors of hemodialysis related infections and suggested the interventions.[Methods]We analyzed the problems may appeared in the hospital infection managements of hemodialysis,especially on the compliance of hand hygiene,the options of detect methods,the oreientations of the results,the reuse standards of dialyzers and so on.We got them focused analyzed and controlled.[Results]As a focused department which should prevent,control and monitor the hospital infections.The hemodialysis may take many possible factors which caused the hospital infections because of its deviate behaviors in the medical activities.To achieve the early invention for the preventions and controls of the hospital infections,we could have the managements improved,completed,regulated and complied.[Conclusion]We should strengthen the managements of the administration levels,the porfession levels,the execution levels and the monitoring the implementations,ensure the control of hospital infections.It is significance to avoid or decrease the rates of hospital infection related with hemodialysis maximum.
