摘 要:[目的]探讨保定地区新生儿感染病原菌种类和耐药性变迁,指导新生儿科医师合理使用抗生素。[方法]对某院新生儿科2001年1月~2008年12月8年临床分离的病原菌进行统计分析,药敏试验采用K-B法,按照CLSI标准判断结果。[结果]8年分离革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为主;产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌分离率39.02%~68.87%和22.04%~69.05%。革兰阳性球菌以葡萄球菌为主,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌逐渐上升到主导地位;MRSA26.67%~60%,MRSCNS22.22%~66.67%。[结论]新生儿感染常见的病原菌的耐药性呈逐年上升的趋势,三代头孢耐药率已呈明显耐药趋势,因此,应加强抗生素管理,遏制"超级细菌"的产生。[Objective]To explore the Baoding area of neonatal infection pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance change,guide the rational use of antibiotics in neonatal paediatricians.[Methods]In the department of Pediatrics of our hospital,the eight clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria of newborn were collected during 2001.1-2008.12,drug sensitivity test was analyzed by using K-B method,in accordance with the CLSI standard to judge the results.[Results]8 years of isolated gram-negative bacilli were mainly Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pnenmoniae;bacteria isolation rates of ESBLs of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pnenmoniae were 39.02%-68.87% and 22.04%-69.05%.Gram positive cocci to Staphylococcus aureus,coagulase negative Staphylococcus gradually raised to dominance;MRSA was 26.67%-60%,and MRSCNS was 22.22%-66.67%.[Conclusion]Neonatal infections common pathogenic bacteria drug resistance showed a rising trend year by year,three generation cephalosporin resistance rate has showed a trend of antimicrobial resistance,therefore,strengthen the administration of antibiotics,and contained"superbugs"generation.
