摘  要:[目的]了解临床分离的肠球菌对各类抗菌药物耐药性。[方法]药敏试验采用纸片扩散法(KB法),数据分析采用WHONET5.4软件。[结果]共分离出312株肠球菌,粪肠球菌183株,屎肠菌80株,鹑鸡肠球菌26株,鸟肠球菌12株,其他肠球菌11株。药敏试验,肠球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺耐药率小于5%;对红霉素、利福平、高浓度庆大霉素和喹诺酮类药物耐药率达50%以上;屎肠球菌耐药性普遍高于粪肠球菌。[结论]各菌种肠球菌耐药性不同,应做好鉴定和药敏试验以指导临床合理用药。[Objective]To investigate the antimicrobial resistance for Entereococcus species isolated from clinical samples.[Methods]Antimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out by means of Kirby-Bauer(KB)method.The data were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software according to CLSI 2006 breakpoint.[Results]A total of 312 Enterococcus strains were collected,including 183 E.faecalis,80 E.faecium,26 E.gallinarum and 12 E.avium.The resistant rate of Enterococci to vancomycin,teicoplanin and linezolid were lower than 5%.The resistant rate to erythromycin,rifampin,gentamycin and ciprofloxacin were higher than 50%.The resistant rate of E.faecium to 12 antimicrobial agents were higher than those of E.faecalis.[Conclusion]There was significant difference in antimicrobial susceptibility among different Enterococcus species.The correct identification and antimicrobial susceptibility test of strains ought to be performed in order to provide reference for rational antimicrobial application in clinic.
