三亚市2000～2009年甲、乙类传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨三亚市10年来甲、乙类传染病的发生、流行及其变化趋势。[方法]对三亚市2000～2009年报告的法定传染病报表及网络直报系统中所获得的传染病疫情资料进行统计、分析。[结果]2000～2009年三亚市法定报告甲、乙传染病发病率为350.61/10万～320.04/10万,年平均发病率为324.26/10万。10年来呼吸道传染病发病率呈上升趋势,从70.31/10万上升到156.03/10万;肠道传染病发病呈下降趋势,从2000年的88.00/10万下降到2009年的17.20/10万;自然疫源及虫媒传染病呈单峰下降,高峰为2004年237.25/10万;血源及性传播疾病呈上升趋势,且上升幅度较大,年发病率为212.35/10万～212.35/10万。[结论]三亚市今后传染病防治工作的重点是加强对呼吸道传染病、性传播疾病的防治与监测以及加强乙型病毒性肝炎、艾滋病的防控力度。[Objective]To analyze the occurrence,prevalence and variations of Categories A and B infectious diseases in the last ten years of sanya.[Methods]The data concerning the legal reported infectious diseases in the last ten years in sanya were statistically analyzed.[Results]The incidence of legal reported Categories A and B infectious diseases was 350.61～320.04 per hundred thousand population during 2000-2009,with an average incidence of 324.26 per hundred thousand.The incidence of respira-tory infections diseases showed to be increasing from 70.31 to 156.03 per hundred thousand.Intestinal infectious diseases significant downtrend from 88.00/10 per hundred thousand in 2000 to 17.20/10 per hundred thousand in 2009.one peaks significant downtrend to natural focal infectious diseases and insect-borne diseases in 2004.While relatively high increase incidence of blood source and sexually transmitted diseases was observed with an incidence of 102.95-212.35 per hundred thousand.[Conclusion]At next stage emphasis will be put on the control and surveillance of respiratory infectious diseases,intestinal infectious diseases and sexually transmitted diseases in addition to control the hepatitis B and AIDS.
