动态观察阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]动态观察冠心病患者使用阿托伐他汀治疗前后肱动脉血管内皮功能的变化,探讨他汀类药物在冠心病防治中的意义。[方法]住院确诊的冠心病患者200例,给予阿托伐他汀20mg口服,观察4周,分别于治疗前、后测定肱动脉血管内皮功能,同时测定冠心病患者的血脂水平。[结果]阿托伐他汀治疗1周后病人TC、LDL水平无明显下降,服药1周后肱动脉血管内皮功能改善,2周后病人TC、LDL水平下降,4周后病人TC、LDL水平明显下降,肱动脉血管内皮功能明显改善。[结论]阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的血管内皮功能有改善作用,且改善作用发生在降脂作用发挥前,提示冠心病患者应早期口服阿托伐他汀改善血管内皮功能。[Objective]To observe the changes of atorvastin on vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease.To explore the significance of atorvastatin on prevention and therapy of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.[Methods]200 patients with CHD were included.All patients took 20mg atorastatin per day and were followed up for 4 weeks.The endothelial dependent flow mediated dilation of braehial artery was measured by ultrasound technique before and after treatment.At the same time,Serum levels of lipids were also assessed.[Results]After 1 week treatment,atorvastatin could not reduce the serum level of TC and the serum level of LDL-C,but the values of FMD and NMD increased,and the vascular endothelial function was improved.There was statistic difference between them.Two weeks later,the serum level of TC and the serum level of LDL-C decreased.After 4 week treatment,the serum level of TC and the serum level of LDL-C apparently decreased and the vascular endothelial function was apparently improved.[Conclusion]Atorvastatin can improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with CHD.The effect had been taken before atorvastatin decreased the serum levels of lipids.It is important that patients with CHD should take atorvastatin early to improve the vascular endothelial function.
