摘  要:碳酸钙用作造纸填料能够节约能源,降低原料消耗,并提高纸品性能和产量。然而沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)通常不适用于弱酸性和近中性造纸,对施胶的影响较大。本研究用烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)对其改性,研究改性沉淀碳酸钙的抗酸性及其施胶性能。结果表明,在ASA与PCC的质量比1:60、改性温度60℃、改性时间8min、改性转速为5000r·min-1的实验条件下获得的改性PCC可以提高烯基琥珀酸酐的施胶性能和沉淀碳酸钙的抗酸性。Adding calcium carbonate fillers in paper products can save energy and cost, improve paper properties, and increase productivities. However, precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) fillers cannot be used in acid and pseudo-neutral papermaking and have negative impact on sizing. In this paper, alkenyl succinic anhydride modified PCC were studied, and its application performance as fillers in papermaking was explored. The results indicated that alkenyl succinic acid modified PCC can improve the acid-resistant property and enhance the sizing efficiency of PCC filled paper. The optimal modification conditions are as follows: the mass ratio of ASA to PCC is 1:60, modification temperature is 60℃, agitating rate and time are 5 000 r-minq and 8 min, respectivel.
