摘　　要：综述知识服务研究在图书情报界10余年来的发展历程。分析知识服务在概念、主体、客体、内容研究上出现的典型观点,审视知识服务实践的典型事例及发展特征。提出从广义知识服务行业角度看图书情报机构的知识服务,并注重与其他知识服务业的交流和优势互补。Researches on the knowledge service in library and information sector has more than 10 years of evolution. The paper ana- lyzes the typical perspectives of the concept, subject and object of knowledge service, examines the characteristics of typical examples of practice and development of the knowledge service. It proposes to study the knowledge service of library and information institutions from the perspective of generalized knowledge services and focus on the communication and complementary advantages with other knowl- edge service industry.
