摘 要:研读国内外竞争情报相关文献,特别是最佳实践案例文献,反思我国近20年来竞争情报实践工作的成败得失,结合作者多年来从事竞争情报研究、推介、实际操作的体会,归纳出图书馆开展企业竞争情报服务工作的5项关键成功因素:①确立竞争情报服务定位并拥有"保护神";②建立适宜开展竞争情报业务的机制和制度;③建立一支拥有相应能力的竞争情报队伍;④遴选合理的竞争情报服务种类;⑤图书馆与企业结成战略合作伙伴并形成良性互动合作机制。Based on research documents in competitive intelligence (CI) field in genenral and especially foucusing in best practice aspect, on reviewing the CI development history of China, and according to the view of author raised from CI research and practice, five major key success factors of a library when it provides CI services to enterprises are concluded. They are : ① The CI services is in- corporated into the mission of the library, and a "CI Champion" existes in the library;② A system and mechanism suited for CI services existes in the library;③The library ownes a qualified CI team;④Scoping reasonable CI business for the library ;⑤The library establi- shes a strategic co-operative partnership with target enterprises in CI business.
