复方丹参滴丸对阿司匹林大鼠在体肠吸收的影响研究

摘　　要：目的建立阿司匹林的HPLC分析方法,研究复方丹参滴丸对阿司匹林大鼠肠吸收的影响。方法采用大鼠在体肠单向灌流吸收实验模型,应用重量法校正灌流液体积,HPLC测定灌流液中阿司匹林浓度,计算阿司匹林肠吸收参数。结果阿司匹林组、阿司匹林与复方丹参滴丸联合灌流组、复方丹参滴丸诱导组阿司匹林吸收速率常数(Ka)分别为1.05×10-2,1.44×10-2,2.29×10-2min-1,吸收渗透系数(Papp)分别为0.219×10-3,0.304×10-3,0.504×10-3cm.min-1。结论复方丹参滴丸对阿司匹林大鼠肠吸收有明显影响,能促进阿司匹林的肠吸收。OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination aspirin （ASP） by HPLC. Study on the effect of compound Danshen dropping pills （CDDP） on intestinal absorption in rats. METHODS The rat single-pass intestinal perfusion technique was applied to investigate the intestinal absorption of ASP, and the gravimetry was used to correct the perfusion volume. After the concentration of ASP in perfusate was determined by HPLC, the absorption parameters of ASP were calculated. RESULTS The absorption rate constants （Ka） of the ASP group, ASP combined with CDDP group and CDDP induced group were 1.05 × 10^-2, 1.44× 10^-2 and 2.29× 10^-2 min^-1, respectively. And the apparent permeability coefficients （Papp） were 0.219× 10^-3, 0.304× 10^-3 and 0.504×10^-3 cm.min-1, respectively. CONCLUSION When CDDP was combined with ASP, the intestinal absorption of ASP is influenced significantly by CDDP, and CDDP could improve the intestinal absorption of ASP in rats.
