摘  要:为了降低富氧燃烧发电机组的制氧电耗,通过综合考虑峰谷发电的日需氧量及峰谷电价,提出了制氧设备的设计出力满足机组发电的日总供氧量与制氧设备设计出力满足机组额定发电的2种方案及3种不同的供电方式.以600 MW富氧燃烧发电机组为对象,综合考虑设备投资成本与运行成本,基于对有关参数的合理估计,分别计算得到了6种情况下的制氧成本.结果表明:通过优化配置,制氧设备的电耗可降低2.1%,富氧燃烧发电机组的净效率可提高0.8%,节能效果显著.In order to reduce the power consumption of oxygen making for oxygen-enriched combustion power generating set,two schemes of ASU design output,respectively meeting daily oxygen demand and rated power generation demand,are proposed while three power supply modes recommended,by comprehensively considering the daily oxygen demand in peak/valley period and the peak/valley power price.Taking the 600 MW oxygen-enriched combustion power generating set as an object of study,the oxygen-making cost has been calculated in 6 cases in consideration of both the equipment investment and the running cost based on reasonable estimation of relevant parameters.Results show that via configuration optimization,the power consumption of the oxygen making can be reduced by 2.1%,and the net efficiency of the power generating set can be raised by 0.8%,indicating obvious energy-saving effect.
